PROFESSIONAL SERVICE AGREEMENT

Music Arrangement Services

2. SCOPE OF WORK & WORKFLOW

The Service Provider agrees to create a music arrangement for a track approximately 3-4 minutes in length.

• Revisions: 2 revision sessions are included (adjustments to existing details, not a complete rewrite). Additional minor revisions are offered free of charge at the Provider’s discretion. Any further substantial revisions will incur a fee of € 25.00 each.
• Transparency: The Provider commits to sharing work-in-progress updates as the project develops.

3. FEES & PAYMENT TERMS

All payments must be settled in Euros (€). The currency of reference for this agreement is exclusively the Euro.

• List Price: € 500.00
• Applied Discount: – € 200.00
• Final Discounted Price: € 300.00 (Three Hundred Euros)

Payment can be made via PayPal (santiagobianchi.sb@gmail.com) or through the Provider’s website.

• Deposit (50%): € 150.00. This deposit is non-refundable.
• Balance (50%): € 150.00.

If paying from a non-Euro account, the Client is responsible for ensuring the final received amount equals the specified Euro totals. Conversion rates and fees are at the Client’s expense.

4. EFFECTIVENESS, TIMELINE & DELIVERY

• Commencement: This contract becomes effective and the project starts automatically upon receipt of the first payment (deposit or full balance).
• Timeline: Expected delivery within 3 weeks; maximum deadline of 30 days. Any delays beyond 30 days must be approved by the Client.
• Final Delivery: The full score (PDF) and final audio files will be released immediately following the receipt of the final balance in Euros.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & PORTFOLIO

Intellectual property rights of the arrangement remain exclusively with Santiago Bianchi. The Provider reserves the right to use the track and audio demo for their professional portfolio and promotional purposes on official channels.

6. DELIVERABLES

• Complete Score (PDF).
• Audio Demo of the arrangement.
